Ingredients: - 360 gr raspberry; 200 gr of creamy yogurt without sugar; - 250 gr of fresh cream; - 70 gr of brown sugar; - 25 gr of acacia honey; Proceed: Whisk 200 gr of raspberries, with the honey and with 70 gr of brown sugar.until you get the homogenous mixture. Incorporate the yogurt into the whisk of raspberries and the whipped cream, little at a time. Pour the mixture obtained into the rectangular baking tin with high sides for pudding and put all into the freezer for at least 5 hours, to become harden. Half an hour before serving the dish, shift it into the refrigrator. Cut the dessert and garnish it with the left fruits or with whatever you like!!
